Community Capacity Building (CCB) is integral to the expanding way partners work together. CCB is a participatory planning process that helps communities identify their strengths and resources, prioritize their needs, and develop action plans to address those needs. UUPCC-trained facilitators have helped communities in India, the Philippines, Burundi, Kenya, and Transylvania use this process to identify and tackle community needs such as access to health care and schools, clean water systems, roads and infrastructure, agricultural programs, and economic enhancement. This work has been funded in part by the UU Funding Program of the UUA.
