Sending Money to Individuals
If you are an individual sending a birthday gift or a wedding present or private student support that is not part of a church program, the best way to send it is by using a money transfer service such as MoneyGram (available at many CVS locations) or Western Union. These reliable, secure, low-cost services are easy to use: generally the sender pays at a retail store and is given a reference number that the overseas recipient uses to receive the funds at a local bank. Please note, if we receive a check intended for an individual, we will return it to you.
